Terms & Conditions 1. All prices are inclusive of Vat at the current effective rate. 2. Prices are quoted based on the estimate provided by the client of the number of guests attending the function. The guaranteed number of guests must be communicated to Indievictual Catering not less than 7 working days prior to the date of the event. The client will be charged on the basis of the guaranteed number of guests (or the number of persons for which the event is originally booked if no guaranteed number is provided) or the total number of guests attending, whichever is the greater. 3. Quotes for all unconfirmed events are only valid for 30 days and then may be subject to price changes. 4. A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to confirm your event. In the event of cancellation of your confirmed function the following charges apply. Cancellation eight weeks prior to the date, you will be liable to a charge of 50% of the estimated final bill. Cancellation less than eight weeks to the date of the function will result in a charge of 100% of the estimated final bill. 5. For functions of 20 + guests a further 50% of the estimated final balance is payable one month prior to the function. This is also non-refundable should cancellation occur. 6. Final balance is due 7 days from invoice. We can accept cash, cheque or credit card as payment but please note that a 3% charge will be made on all credit card transactions. 7. All losses and breakages will be charged at the full replacement value. 8. For Delivery Only events we offer free delivery for all orders over £75 (net of VAT) within a 10 mile radius of Banbury. 9. If there are any major market price fluctuations of our food or drink products then Indievictual Catering reserves the right to make adjustments to menu prices in line with these fluctuations. Also, Indievictual Catering reserves the right to substitute alternative food or drink of a similar quality if the items shown on the menu cannot be conveniently obtained. 10. Payment of deposit and signing this document acts as acceptance for these Terms and Conditions.
